Graystone Property Consulting is a Perth-based real estate consulting and training business led by Sharon Hamilton, a highly respected industry professional with 25+ years’ experience across sales, leadership, operations, and compliance.

Sharon is an experienced trainer and presenter, previously Training Development Manager with West Coast Property Training, known for a practical, structured approach that drives real-world performance and accountability. She has been a Licensed Real Estate for over 20 years, a REIWA Grandmaster Award recipient as well as a well respected Justice Of The Peace in WA.

Sharon has presented to and supported leading real estate and property groups including Ray White, Belle, Acton, Satterley, The Agency, Whitefox Real Estate, Realmark, and Hawaiian Group, giving Graystone a clear understanding of what works across boutique agencies through to large multi-office businesses.
